A. The RIU programme is looking to expand upon DFID funded research through the Innovation Challenge Fund, and as such would accept a proposal from yourselves. However, you would still need to check the guidelines, to see if your proposal is in line with the RIU objectives. If you feel they are, we would encourage you to submit an application form. Please note that, in order to strengthen your application further, it would be very beneficial if you could incorporate some of the outputs described in the database, as these are the outputs (technologies, processes and policies) that we are focusing on up and out-scaling, and as such this research should feature at some point in your concept note.
