We have agreed to use Foundstone, what are the first steps?
We appreciate your business and are eager to get started; however there are some key things that we must ensure are done before testing can begin. First and foremost all legal paperwork must be completed before we can schedule a time to conduct the tests. Typically, the paperwork consists of a services agreement (terms and conditions), a statement of work (SOW), and possibly a PO, if one is required by your purchasing department.
