We have a staff member who is interested in supervision. How can they be approved as a Field Instructor?
The main contact must login to the database. Once you’re at the main screen, click on “I want to let you know if I want interns and/or update agency information.” Then, scroll down and click on “Add a Field Instructor.” Review the criteria and click “yes.” Enter the proposed Field Instructor’s information and click “Submit.” This will generate an email with a link to the online application to the proposed Field Instructor. 3. The main contact for our agency has left/changed. How do I update that info? Please email the Department of Field Instruction for your agency’s username/password.
