We have a portable toilet company and are billing every 28 days, once a month. Can the Portable Toilet software bill this way?
A. Yes. This is called pro-rated for a fixed period. That is, you bill every 28 days and if any units have been delivered, they are billed for the portion of time the units have been on the site. In fact, all customers are billed for a fixed number of days. This is done by selecting the bulk billing menu options in the Bill pull down menu. You simply pick billing dates that are 28 days apart and the computer takes care of the rest.
