We have a lot of sandbaggers in my flight. Whats the RFMGA going to do about them?
This question is as old as golf itself. The RFMGA Board has a handicap Chairman. His primary responsibility is to represent the RFMGA on the River Falls Handicap Committee and be a conduit to that committee about specific problems encountered by an RFMGA member. If you have a question about another golfer, notify the Handicap Chairman in writing of your questions or grievance, and he will pass on your concerns to the club handicap committee. Feel free to email any questions you may have to the RFMGA and we will be happy to answer them as promptly as we can.
