We have a commission scale based on Gross Profit, i.e. we pay higher commission % when reps hit higher GP targets, can we implement this?
On an invoice line-by-line basis (not at a total Invoice level), you could use the formula to pay at higher rates when higher Gross Profit levels are reached. You may need assistance to get this formula setup, and you can take advantage of the free hours of service offered on subscription.
