We have a basic security cabinet for DVR equipment now. Why isnt this good enough?
A. Although best practices suggest the use of a security cabinet to protect the DVR equipment, it has been shown that these light weight cabinets are simply no match for a good kick or a screw driver. The thieves may have broken through doors or windows to gain entry. A lightweight metal box is not a deterrent to getting at and removing the video evidence of their crime.
