Homeowner’s dues support the Beach & Tennis Club, Aquatic Center, tennis courts and parks, maintenance of common areas, insurance, and day-to-day management of the Association and its many assets. The Association is a non-profit incorporated entity. The Association Board is not paid; however, it does hire a management company, RTI/Community Management Association, CMA, to handle the day-to-day administrative duties of the Association. Please read Article V, Section 5.3C of the Second Amended and Restated Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions for Stonebridge Ranch regarding assessment maximums and inflation factors. The Association Board and management constantly seek to reduce costs while continuing to provide quality services through your Association. Stonebridge Ranch is a large and complex Association. Budget matters are discussed at every Board meeting.
