WE DONT HAVE A TRAINING DEPARTMENT. CAN YOU DOWNLOAD THE DiSC TESTS AND BOOKS FOR OUR PEOPLE?
Yes. But we ask clients to download their own DiSC products if they can — even if they must teach one of their employees how to do so. This gives their trainees an internal person to contact with problems, and it also encourages internal discussion of DiSC — which is very important to its use. However, we realize that some organizations are too small, or for other reasons don’t want to handle their own downloads. So, for an “Optional Administrative Fee” of $10.00 per test, report, or other item to be downloaded, we’re happy to download products for our clients. Clients wanting this service should click the “11. Administrative Fee” category on our “Products” page — or in our SAC Store — to add this fee to their purchase. (This fee is also subject to our volume price scale, as all of our products are.) Clients are then asked to contact us by phone, email, or fax to negotiate an agreement spelling out exactly what tasks they want us to perform, and exactly what EPIC settings they want
