We do not have WEB browser access in our claims area. How will we be able to use the Search claims facility or get notice of pending claims or transaction reports?
MIAFTR2 relies on Insurers having WEB access to Search claims, view transaction reports and receive pending claim information. If your company does not have access to this technology in the departmental areas there are some options. 1 – You company may permit one or two team leaders, managers or designated users WEB access and the role of searching claims etc could be allocated to these people.
