We do not have any idea which site to choose. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the Kaliti and Kotebe sites?

Both the Kaliti and Kotebe site are equidistant from the center of Addis Ababa (i.e. Meskel Square). They are both designated residential areas although at present, Kotebe is a little more developed than Kaliti which, by the way, is fast catching up in that respect. Both sites are near the new ring road and enjoy a very panoramic view of Mount Yerer.
