We currently use multiple pooling plans of 100, 200 and 400 minutes. Will a pooling plan option be available with the new contract vendors?
Each vendor has pooling plans; please refer to Contract Release T-535(5). Can we continue working with our local representatives or do we need to only use the “800” number service? Are the customer representatives answering the 800 number locally and are they familiar with the terms of the contract? The contract vendors have assigned dedicated teams to answer “800” lines. They are familiar with all aspects of the contract. Agencies can still work with their local representatives if they choose, however, online ordering is strongly recommended.
