We currently have dozens of operatives. Why should we declare our company as a large Security Service provider instead of an IC?
The issue of “employees” is taken very much on trust at the moment. We are leaving it up to companies to honestly assess whether they feel particular people are genuine “employees”, or whether they are just short-term agency appointments. Any discrepancies will be shown up when the vetting process begins, and the result of the final accreditation could ultimately be affected.
