We are upgrading CA-Gener/OL and do not know what special PTFs were applied in our previous release. How can I find out what special PTFs were applied previously?
This is an important question for all CA-Gener/OL users who are upgrading releases. If you are about to upgrade your CA-Gener/OL system, and do not know if you have any Special PTFs applied, you need to do the following. • Logon to your current CA-Gener/OL system. • Run the CA-Gener/OL Utility Program called STATUS. • Select the PTF option and obtain a list of all of the PTFs applied. • Call CA-Gener/OL Technical Support and supply the PTFs. • CA-Gener/OL Technical Support will then analyze the supplied PTFs and determine if you are running with any special PTFs. If so, you will be supplied with your upgraded special PTFs (if any) and/or told of the ones that are incorporated in your upgraded release (if applicable).
