Your historical data is not immediately available in JusticeLink eServices. We can migrate this data across for you. Contact JusticeLink eServices Support at courts_eservices@agd.nsw.gov.au and advise which matters you wish to have transferred to eServices. Top of page My eUser type is a Delegate but I cannot see any cases in JusticeLink eServices Ensure you have been attached as a Delegate to your Legal Representative or Authorised Officer. You will not be able to do anything as a Delegate unless you are attached to a Legal Representative or Authorised Officer. When you logon to JusticeLink eServices a “Managing cases for” drop down box is displayed on the right hand side of the screen. Select the JusticeLink eServices user you are a Delegate for; you will then be able to view and file documents on their behalf.
