We are presently considering purchasing an EMR. Can the EZ Talk MD system be integrated with whatever EMR we decide upon?
A. Yes. In most cases there is a nominal fee associated with such integrations charged to you by your EMR vendor to access your own data. Such integrations are usually initiated by you with your EMR vendor and in most cases, especially at larger practices and institutional level, they are more than happy to comply with your wishes as the client, and already have technical provisions in place for exactly such data access. The fees charged by EMR vendors to provide such access and technical liaison assistance, if needed, range in the area of $1,200.00 – $3,500.00 depending on the vendor and complexity of workflow integration requested. EZ Talk MD engineers are well versed in large scale integrations.
