Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that all items to be transferred are in compliance with U.S. export controls and other applicable regulations, for applying for necessary licenses and for providing CRDF with certification that items are authorized for export including, if applicable, copies of any relevant export license(s) obtained by the Sponsor/shipper for the specific shipment.
