They are both great units. The Funring has a panel type enclosure system, with material similar to the jumping surface. It is attached with small elastic cords vs. the Hedstrom that uses a box weave material that attaches directly to the upright padded poles. Currently pole pads on the Funring are green in color and beachwood on the Hedstrom. The Hedstrom enclosure uses a sleeved doorway for entry to the unit. The Funring uses a slit opening with closure clips on the entry way.The Jumpking Funring will fit only Jumpking brand units, in most cases. Because of the design, the Hedstrom enclosure will fit most 12-15′ trampolines. We have used and tested both units and feel they are both a great safety feature if you have younger kids.
