We are finalizing the proposal and we have one more question. Are the categories on page 10, (i) Collaboration with other universities and ii) Computer Resources) of the revised announcment, meant to be in the 13 page Applicant’s Attributes section of the proposal?

We see on page 5 that the only items mentioned are biographies and support: Applicant’s Attributes (total not to exceed 13 pages)—Vitae should not exceed 2 pages per key personnel (PI and co-PI’s) and should include the five most relevant publication references and a statement of current & pending support. One page may be used for a list of the PI’s 3-6 projects (similar to size and scope of PSAAP), including information on sponsor name(s), contact(s), project duration and total funding for each. Which doesn’t seem to mention these other things. A: The Collaboration discussion should be in the 40-page technical write-up where the MSC Management Plan is. You can put the computer resources request in the “Facilities and Equipment” section where you can discuss both existing computer resources and additional request for NNSA’s, as long as they are clearly labeled.
