You should create a “mock” flight arrival on the Reservations Form: select the default airline (Adria Airways), indicate a “Domestic / European” flight type, and choose an arrival time that is 20 minutes earlier than your desired pick-up. Later in the form, under “Other information / Special Notes”, explain that this is a car hire and give the name of the agency with its airport address.
