A. When booking parking which involves a transfer there is a box on the online booking form which needs to be “ticked” to inform us that a transfer is involved. For heliport departures we will meet you at the Heliport 45 Minutes prior to departure, carry out a damage assessment on the vehicle with you and return the vehicle to our secure parking. When you return follow the directions on the email confirmation to our premises to pick the vehicle up, (a ten minute walk along the Promenade). For Scillonian departures and returns to the Heliport, drop the vehicle off at our premises, we will carry out the damage assessment with you and we will deliver the vehicle to the Heliport on your return. Please ensure you leave a spare set of keys for the vehicle. Once you have made an online booking please email and include a booking reference with additional details of your flight times and flight numbers to contact@islesofscillyparking.co.uk Skybus departures are similar but we will (if required)
