Alchemy addresses two of the main challenges faced by internal training programs: lack of bandwidth and lack of experience. Lack of bandwidth: Most of our clients have very good training organizations, but lack the bandwidth to serve the broad spectrum of employees that need training. Most of our engagements include a train-the-trainer methodology, which allows internal training organizations to leverage available bandwidth for the ongoing support of the Alchemy program. Lack of experience: For internal training organizations that are fortunate enough to have seasoned sales professionals, customer service, and executive leadership on staff, Alchemy would play a subordinate role to the internal training organization and augment the training organization’s deliverables with our best practices, curriculum and skills development methodologies.
