We agree with fees but can fees be taken from commission/product charges or only by cheque?

The product can be used to facilitate the payment of fees. However payments must reflect the timing of the servicie provided and the payment into the product. Indemnity commission is therefore no longer applicable on regular premium savings and investment products.
