If she does not eat for over 24 hours she needs to be put on a medication like valium, cyproheptidine or remeron to stimulate her appetite. Cats who refuse to eat over 24 hours run the risk of developing hepatic lipidosis which can be life threatening and requires hospitalization to reverse. So do your best to get her to eat.
