Streaming videos are buffered, meaning that it downloads a little ahead of what you’re actually watching. If the connection to the server is slow, then it’s not downloading content fast enough for continual viewing.

If youre talking about the problem when a video starts playing for a certain number of seconds (usually 2) and then it just stops playing and then this happens in all the vids you watch, it doesnt have to do with your speed. you have to close the explorer and then go back to the site again. It should be fixed.
