There were options for the site and it would be better to discuss them together with the proposals of the Plan 4 Chapeltown. At previous meetings of the Panel, the theme had been that there must be a joined up plan to deal with all the problems of the area. The partner organisations involved in the Hesley Wood Tip Project were aware of the need to consider the bigger picture.
