I don’t think anyone knows for sure but perhaps being further from the sun then we are life has yet to begin on Mars. Maybe as time goes on Mars will warm up as we have. perhaps when this planet grows too hot Mars will be warm enough to start a new world. seems to be strange why there are two planets closer to the sun then we are both so hot that nothing we know as life could ever live there so I have to ask myself why are they there and why are the other planet there if not to serve some sort of purpose.
