Good question, I liked the book as well and wish there was a movie, no movie has ever been made probably because the book was on the Americanbanned list for a while as was To Kill a Mocking Bird, another great book which there was a movie made. I think we can suggest that Hollywood now cast a movie with someone like Matt Damon (probably a little old now) take on the role or project.
