Was there any battles between Native Indians and Aztecs or other race?
I’m going to assume you mean, “Were there battles among Indian peoples” – or – “Did American Indians battle with Meso-American Indians, such as the Aztec?” First – yes, Indians had intertribal battles. They were rarely, if ever, intended as genocide. In North America, battles were almost always limited in scope, with individual honors and retribution more important ( a sort of keeping score by “counting coup” – striking your enemy/putting yourself in imminent danger of death – without killing him; and “balancing out” the number of deaths impacted on your tribe by the enemy as experienced in the last battle). Second, in MesoAmerica the number of deaths from intertribal warfare were more dramatic, and INTRAtribal deaths were often most pronounced.
