Was the Legend of Sweeney Todd a true story?
My friend is a Sweeney Todd fanatic, and she says: well tim burton mixed it up a little bit his parents were drunks and froze to death one night he got accused for stealing a pocket watch his name was always sweeney todd, not benjimin barker in jail he learned to shave people and when he got out of jail he took it as a profession but to get revenged on going to jail he decided to kill his costumers and take all there money when they got caught sweeney was hung and mrs lovetts poisoned herself the end. I think she read all that somewhere, and she is overly obsessed, so I think she’s right. Hope I helped!
