Was the Gautama Buddha born into the Indus Valley civilisation?

The Indus Valley Civilization is one of the oldest in the world and was before the time of the Buddha. It gave birth to the Vedas and other old Hindu doctrines. The Buddha was born on the border of India and Nepal. Now technically the Indus Valley civilization is seen by some to have given way to the entire Indian sub continent but technically one cannot be born in an Indus Valley civilization, only in an Indus Valley lol.The Buddha was not a part of the IVC which was before his time but Buddhism became the most popular religion of that area for a while after the Buddha attained parinirvana before it was phased out.
