Yes! During the war the drinking age was 21, but considering they were sending 18 y/o’s off to war to fight for their country, they thought well if you can be sent to a war before you can drinking was stupid so then they lowered the drinking age to 18. This was back in the 60’s and changed to 18 from 21.
