OPT Answer: No. The CGE Pro is a significantly larger mount with greater weight capacity of 90lbs, higher precision tracking accuracy, new features and a larger price tag. So the CGE Pro is an upgrade from the CGE and costs approximately $2000 more than the CGE mount. Question: Is the CGE series still being supported by Celestron? OPT Answer: Absolutely.
