Was the card sent to the recipients correct e-mail address?
If the e-mail address is bounced by the recipients E-mail Service Provider, we will forward the bounce notice to the e-mail address on the account that sent the card. In addition, you should see a bounce notice in your card history page located on the My Account tab on top of all Rubber Chicken Cards web pages. To check the accuracy of the e-mail address you entered: Go to the My Account link located on top of the home page. Click on Card History RCC NOTE: SENT CARDS and REVIEW ALL CARDS IS SOMEWHAT CONFUSING. Look for the thumbnail and recipients address on the card you sent. Review the recipients e-mail address that you entered. If there is a bounce notice or if you recognize the address as incorrect, you will need to resend a new rubberchickencards.com Cardtoon to the correct address.
