Was the blackberry messenger down service down again today, December 22?
You might remember earlier this month when RIM had problems with the BlackBerry service, and to be more specific, when the mail service was down in both the United States and Canada. Well, it seems like they are up to their old tricks again as reports are trickling in about another major BIS outage affecting North America, only this time it is bringing BlackBerry messenger, web browsing and applications into the fold.
