Yes, the Bargaining Agent (PIPSC) was involved throughout the initial feasibility study, also known as the Organizational Readiness Assessment phase, along with members from IT, HR and Treasury Board. They support the introduction of IT Community Generics and they will continue to be involved to provide input and guidance during the implementation phase.
