Was the atomic bomb created during the industrial revolution?

There is no definitive date for the end of the so-called revolution, but by 1945, industrialization was pretty much global, though there were millions unaffected by it (natives in back-woods Borneo, etc). As such, I’d say that it was developed after the revolution, or as the first act in the Nuclear Age, or even the Electronic Age, as the use of computers, RADAR, microwaves, hand-held communicators (walkie-talkie) all expanded or began in WW II.
