Was the Apollo moon mission in the 60s real or fake?

I agree with Campbelp. No way was the moon landing fake. There have been many rumors and speculations over the years that the “moon landing” was filmed in a studio. Even going as far to analyzing tape footage of the flags shadow and other environmental variables. However the U.S. and the Russians were in a ‘race to space’ at that time period and we were the first to successfully step foot on the moon ….and we’ve been back several times.

“THE Apollo moon Mission”? There were TEN Apollo missions, including 6 which landed astronauts on the Moon. At least do a little research before asking such a question! The Apollo landings were among the most documented events in human history: thousands of pictures, hours of videos, 800 kilograms of Moon rocks, and millions of eye witnesses, including myself. They are facts, nothing could be more real!

Real. The main threads of “evidence” of forgery have been thoroughly debunked all over the internet. “Inconsistencies” in photographs have been explained, and trivially reproduced to prove the authenticity of the Lunar surface photos. Other ridiculous videos, such as “A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Moon” claim to have “previously unavailable top secret footage” and then show you snippets of this video out of original context, often with original audio removed, replacing it with their own narrator explaining what is going on and why you’re seeing a fakery in progress. Check these videos, called Lunar Legacy, by svector on Youtube – they completely destroy the argument in “A Funny Thing.” Producers of these videos are deliberate sham artists out to make money based on lies created by using royalty-free material about a hot subject that’s guaranteed to get enough rubberneckers to put big bucks in their pockets. My favorite part of the Lunar Legacy series is how svector uses the

It was very real. There were eleven manned Apollo missions (Apollo 7 through to Apollo 17), nine of which went to the Moon (Apollo 8, Apollo 10 to 17), six of which landed successfully (Apollo 11, 12, 14-17). And to the person who asked about the stripping of the spacecraft for weight reasons, the weight restrictions INCLUDED the intended pickup of moon rocks, since they were never going to land and not pick up samples.
