Yes they did. The Council acquired the property I think it was in 1998 and between 1998 and 2000 the Council commissioned a Conservation Management Plan to be prepared. Which looked at the history of Bella Vista Farm, looked at the physical aspects of the place. The Conservation Plan then developed a series of policy statements based upon the significance of the place.
