After a mere year and a half of secretly being married, Emmy Rossum’s husband, music executive Justin Siegel, has filed for divorce from the 23-year-old actress citing irreconcilable differences. Those differences might have something to do with Rossum’s rumored romance with Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz, a man twice her age. Citing an unnamed source, People.com reports that over Labor Day weekend Rossum and Duritz were spotted in a New York City restaurant “sitting side by side, kissing throughout dinner.” Duritz was known in the ’90s for making Hollywood’s hottest actresses — namely Mary Louise Parker, Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston— swoon. Rossum and Seigel began dating in 2007 and wed in secrecy in February 2008. It wasn’t until August, when the pair split, that their uncover union was reported.
