No, Sailor Uranus is and always has been a girl. Save Our Sailors (SOS) misinformed Sailor Moon fans that Sailor Uranus was really a boy on the Moon Kingdom called \”Prince Uranus\” and was reborn as a girl. This is absolutely false since it contradicts the manga in Volume 9, Act 30, pages 77-82, where Haruka is shown alive and female after the fall of the Moon Kingdom. Also, Sailor Moon creator Naoko Takuechi confirmed this herself when asked what gender Sailor Uranus was in the Silver Millenium during 1998 San Diego Comic Convention. So Sailor Uranus was Princess Uranus on the Moon Kingdom and still female in the present.
