He was the underdog in all the betting odds when he fought Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather. Indeed, i frankly dont understand why people may call him overrated because not many thought he can beat both the pound for pound champions in Floyd and Manny. His hype was legit because he was the linear Jr. Welterweight Champion and he was undefeated. Not to mention he is a two weight division champ. He was in the top 10 pound for pound ranking during his fights with Floyd and Manny so the hype was actually truly deserve. I know he fought many of his fights in the UK, but it is always a champ’s call to held the fight wherever it may be because he is the champ. Hatton is a great fighter, he is just not in the same level as Floyd and Manny. But in all honesty, he possess the skills to beat anyone in the 140 pound weight division except Manny and has a chance to beat anyone in the Welterweight division except Floyd, Sugar, Margarito, Cotto, and Clottey.
