Was Rap Music invented by the Elite?
I do not think it was created by the elite, and I think that is a pretty dumb thing to think too. I actually can’t stand the majority of rap, but some very good tunes have risen through the mainstream of it and are quite accessible to anyone, no matter what music you are into. I think Rap as I said is not a creation by the elite, what is a creation by the elite is the environment that black people are forced to live in, they coral them into smaller and smaller areas and then allow any store owner to get a liquor license in that area. So there is nothing for the young people to do but sit on a street corner and drink, then nothing gets repaired and the money supply for up keep of that area starts to dwindle and things start falling apart. Then they force the those areas into becoming ghettos and they turn the whole place into a pressure cooker, what came from that pressure is rap music, it is a release for kids from that area to do something other than drugs and crime.
