Yes and no. Any car with a 428CJ had ram air as an option. Cobra’s were available with out ram air, ie. a Q code car. Any car ordered with a 428CJ could be also ordered with Ram Air. Hood scopes were also a separate option. You could order a scope separate from the Ram Air option. Hood scoops could be deleted for a credit on Torino GT’s.
