You have your history mixed up. Queen Victoria is raised Catholic. Then she became head of the Church of England. Meaning she converted to Anglican. Queen Elizabeth II is also Angelican. The Protestand Elizabeth is 300 years before. Elizabeth I. Her older half sister (Bloody Mary) was Catholic and tried to make England Catholic again (the reason why I said again is because her father, Henry VIII changed it from Catholic to Protestant just to get a divorce) Mary was raised Catholic so it was her belief. She died and her younger half sister Queen Elizabeth I made it back to Protestant, again.
