The single was premiered on Radio Disney on February 13, 2009 and released to iTunes as a Radio Disney Exclusive single on March 10, 2009. The dance-track includes a dance that was described by director of Hannah Montana: The Movie, Peter Cholsom, as a “Macarena for 2009”. The song peaked at no. 18 on The Hot 100, marking Cyrus’ fourth Top 20 hit.
