Was Mary a virgin?
It is hard to really know that for sure since it has been almost 2000 years since she was born, but more than likely she was not a virgin. The Church did not feel that it was a big deal wither she was a virgin or not until three hundred years after her birth making any claims for or against virginity hard to prove. Also she was married for many years, so it is hard to believe that a married couple would go their whole married life without ever having sex.
