The specific application in the field had specific targets, and how much he was aware about that, I can’t say. But if General Knobel were to say, or if he has already said, that this was a purely defensive program aimed at defending the Republic of South Africa in case of the event of biological warfare attacks, that would not be according to you the full truth?
