Was every episode of Car Robots translated into an RiD episode?

All of the normal episodes were, but the Car Robots clip shows didn’t focus on the same footage that the RiD clip shows did. (For example, the Car Robots episode “New Warriors, Assemble!” which was a recounting of the creation of the Decepticons, the promotion of the Build Team, and the arrival of Ultra Magnus, was never aired for RiD.
