Was David Miliband right to justify terrorism?
I believe in the older stricter definition of terrorism. It is the tactic of intentionally or indiscriminately targeting a civilian populace to inspire terror and sway the populace to support your agenda through fear rather than agreement. If you target a military element or installation you’re opposed too than you are not a terrorist. If you target political leaders than you are not a terrorist though if you specifically target their families than you are. Even if you target private business or factory that directly supports a military or police effort you may not be a terrorist. There are many legitimate tactics that a small ill equipped resistance organization can utilize that are not limited to the goal of inspiring terror. If you use the tactic of terrorism than I do not care any longer about your complaints, your suffering or your cause.
