Was David Miliband right to justify terrorism?
I believe in the older stricter definition of terrorism. It is the tactic of intentionally or indiscriminately targeting a civilian populace to inspire terror and sway the populace to support your agenda through fear rather than agreement. If you target a military element or installation you’re opposed too than you are not a terrorist. If you target political leaders than you are not a terrorist though if you specifically target their families than you are. Even if you target private business or factory that directly supports a military or police effort you may not be a terrorist. There are many legitimate tactics that a small ill equipped resistance organization can utilize that are not limited to the goal of inspiring terror. If you use the tactic of terrorism than I do not care any longer about your complaints, your suffering or your cause. At that point you must be put down and any civilized society has an obligation to assist. With due respect, Mr. Miliband does not speak for me a
